The North-West University’s (NWU’s) superlative netball coach, Dorette Badenhorst, is bidding the NWU farewell after an excellent tenure at the helm of one of the university’s most successful teams.

The North-West University (NWU) Council, during its extraordinary meeting on 17 August 2017, took a decision to appoint the two candidates indicated below, in order to fill the positions of Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Teaching and Learning and Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Research and Innovation for a term of five years.

All indications are that the recent national Student Entrepreneurship Week – as coordinated by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) – was a great success.
