Alinka Mostert

As a lecturer of fourth year accounting students I have extensive knowledge about international financial reporting. I am currently doing research on heritage assets in the public sector and my expertise extends to financial reporting by government. 

 

Derick Blaauw

Derick Blaauw professor in the School of Economics at the North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus). He previously lectured in the Department of Economics & Econometrics at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) and the University of Johannesburg (UJ) as well at the Soweto and Bloemfontein Campusses of Vista University.

Sanlie Middelberg

Professor Sanlie Middelberg, Ph.D, FCMA, CGMA is a leading academic in qualitative research in management accounting and finance, often in the agricultural industry. She is a professor in the School of Accounting Sciences, Management Accountancy programme, and a Visiting professor of Sustainability, Risk Management and Finance at the Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln in the UK. As an NRF-rated researcher, she actively contributes to global discourse in her field, serving on CIMA’s R&D Panel and chairing the CIMA Southern African Regional Research Centre.

Petrus van der Merwe

Peet van der Merwe was born in Kuruman, South Africa in 1973 and is currently living in Potchefstroom South Africa. He is a senior lecturer and researcher in tourism management at North-West University: Potchefstroom Campus, School for Business Management.  As researcher he also forms part of the NRF research unit TREES (Tourism Research in Economic, Environs and Society).
