Arthur Moraka Shopola

Arthur Shopola is a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration and Local Government at the North West University. He holds a Doctorate degree in Public Affairs.  Shopola’s niche is Local Government, specifically planning and municipal finance, intergovernmental relations, and developmental local government. He is an established researcher, with more than 20 scientific published papers in accredited journals. He has previously done commissioned research studies for Human Sciences Research Council, PSETA and Limpopo provincial government.

Asiphe Mxalisa

Dr Asiphe Mxalisa is a political analyst, scholar, and facilitator whose work sits at the intersection of higher education transformation, gender, Institutional power, Decolonisation and African democratic governance. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Politics and International Relations at North-West University and holds a PhD in Higher Education from Rhodes University.

Victor Ojakorotu

Professor Victor Ojakorotu is a scholar of International relations and an astute professor at North West University, South Africa. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. A First Class Honours graduate (BSc) from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in International Relations and an MSc. Degree in the same school.

Tshombe obtained his PhD in Public Management and Administration from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and his Honours in Public Affairs, and Master’s degree in Energy Studies from University of Cape Town. He worked as junior researcher at Energy and Development Research Centre at University of Cape Town.
