Two students from the North-West University (NWU) recently achieved second place with their own business in the category for green technology in the national Gauteng Accelerator Programme (GAP) competition.
The North-West University (NWU) can finally boast about producing two of the best South African university debaters. Jeanett Mosala (25) and Zibusiso Ndlovu (20) who are both members of the NWU Debate Society, recently won the South African National Universities Debate Champions (SANUDC) in the category English as a Second Language.

The NWU PUK Choir is one of the top four university choirs forming part of kykNET’s new programme series about the Kuesta University Choir Festival that took place in Stellenbosch at the end of 2017.

This year Antoinette Olivier, Dr Santisa Viljoen and Dr Conroy Cupido from the North-West University’s (NWU’s) School of Music have been nominated in the category: Best Achievement in Classical Music.
