Matshidiso Mogotsi, a student at the North-West University’s (NWU’s) campus in Mahikeng, just added another achievement to her name after recently being selected as one of the finalists for the 2017 Miss Commonwealth South Africa pageant.
On 14 October 2017, the North-West University (NWU) welcomed representatives of the Free State Premier's Office to talk to students who received bursaries from the Free State Province Bursary Scheme.
Lebogang Monyatsi, an alumna of the North-West University (NWU) made South Africa and the NWU proud when she was crowned first princess during the first ever Miss World Wheelchair pageant that was held on 7 October 2017 in Warsaw, Poland.
