The national Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) recently appointed Prof David Mello from the North-West University’s (NWU’s) Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences to serve as an adjudicator in the upcoming 5^th annual National Batho Pele Excellence Awards (NBPEA).
