CTL committed to professional academic development at NWU

It is all systems go for newly appointed academic staff at the North-West University (NWU). The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is readying a brand new induction programme on all three campuses of the NWU. Staff members in Potchefstroom started with the programme on 22 January 2018, those in Vanderbijlpark on 23 January, and staff members in Mahikeng kicked-off on 24 January 2018.

At just 31, Dr Jabulile Makhalima – a lecturer in international trade at the North-West University’s (NWU’s) campus in Vanderbijlpark – is blazing a trail of excellence within her field of expertise. This, together with her tenacity for life, has earned her a well-deserved spot on the Destiny magazine’s high-status Power of 40 list for 2017.
