Obtained my CA(SA) qualification in 1991. Completed my articles at PWC and after my Articles work at KPMG for 10 years as manager and then as senior manager. During my time at KPMG, I have gained valuable experience auditing big listed companies and Pension funds. After KPMG, I have worked as Internal audit manager at a listed company for three years and then was appointed as Group Manager Statutory Reporting using my expertise to set the accounting policies for the listed company, preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS, preparing consolidated actual and budgeted management statements on a monthly and annual basis. I was also managing several projects such as SOX compliance, IT changes and many more.
