The Faculty of Education at the North-West University (NWU) has a brand new master’s degree on offer.

“Sometimes, it falls upon a generation to be great. You can be that generation. Let your greatness blossom.” This is what former South African President Nelson Mandela said, and perfectly describes 32-year old visionary and North West University (NWU) PhD student Fortunate Mafeta Phaka.

Any tertiary-education institution worth its salt has an obligation towards its community to uplift and develop by offering relevant training and conducting research that will be to the benefit of the country’s citizens.
