A group of North-West University (NWU) ambassadors welcomed Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters – recently crowned Miss Universe and NWU alumna – back on South African soil.

She arrived at OR Tambo International Airport on Wednesday, 24 January 2018, coming home for the first time since she bagged the prestigious title almost two months ago.
