NWU Human Capital Summit to focus on 4th Industrial Revolution

On 11 and 12 July 2019, the North-West University’s (NWU’s) School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management will be hosting its annual Human Capital Summit.

This year will see the third rendition of the summit taking place at the NWU’s campus in Mahikeng.

The summit is aimed at all industrial psychology and human resource management professionals, academic staff and researchers, as well as postgraduate students within these disciplines.

According to the organisers, the summit provides an ideal opportunity for future practitioners to network with industry professionals and to learn more about current trends and employment opportunities.

The theme of the summit is “Human Capital in the fourth Industrial Revolution”, and will cover various topics. These include scares skills, managing Generation Z employees, dual career opportunities in the technological era, the impact of the fourth Industrial Revolution on public service rendering, and human resource management and new technologies.
