CP van der Vyver

CP van der Vyver is an associate Professor and director of the School of Professional Studies in Education in the faculty of Education at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University. His qualifications include a BSc; Higher Education diploma (postgraduate); BEd (Honours degree); MEd, and PhD in Education management and leadership. His research falls within the field of Education Leadership and Management. In this field, he mainly focuses on teacher leadership, teacher motivation, caring leadership, and well-being. He is currently part of the International Study of Teacher Leadership as well as the International Successful School Principals Project.
