To whom it may concern
The Centre for Academic and Professional Language Practice, part of the School of Languages, is running a special project during the second semester of 2014. Free language courses will be presented in July and September 2014. Tswana for Beginners and Afrikaans for Beginners are available free of charge to all students and staff of NWU. The goal of this project is to promote multilingualism on the Potchefstroom Campus.
The available dates for the course in Tswana for Beginners:
- 30 July – 1 September 2014
- 17 September – 22 October 2014
The available dates for the course in Afrikaans for Beginners:
- 28 July – 27 August 2014
- 8 September – 22 October 2014
Unfortunately only a limited number of participants can be accommodated due to educational and logistical reasons. Only the first 12 applicants for each course will be accepted.
For more information, please contact Mrs Desiré Steyn at 018 285 2392 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Application forms are also available from Mrs Steyn.
