Staff changes within the Faculty of Humanities at the NWU´s Vaal Triangle Campus
With Prof Tinie Theron occupied as acting vice-rector, several staff changes will take effect within the Faculty of Humanities of the Vaal Triangle Campus of the North-West University (NWU).
Prof Christopher Rabali will stand in as executive dean of the Faculty of Humanities (acting), whilst his previous position as the director for the School of Basic Sciences will be filled by Prof Tumi Mzini (acting).

Prof Rabali has been involved in the Reformed Church from 1981 as a Minister in, among other, Ikageng, Ga-Rankuwa and Mutale. He served as principal of the Iyani Bible School from 1989 and between 1991 and 1994 as principal of the Heidelberg Theological Seminary. Prof Rabali joined the Vaal Triangle Campus in 1995 and recently celebrated his 21st year as a staff member of the campus. He obtained his DTh degree from Unisa in 1993.
Prof Tumi Mzini

Prof Tumi Mzini, obtained her master’s degree in Public Development and Management (with distinction) in 2007 and her PhD in Public Management and Governance in 2010. Both qualifications were obtained at the Vaal Triangle Campus of the NWU. She lectures under- and postgraduate students in the subject group: Public Management and Administration, within the School of Basic Sciences, and also offers study guidance to postgraduate students.
